April 9, 200917 yr Data... Data was a character on Star Trek... trek... track. Track and field. Running. Running for president? MARK IS RUNNING FOR PRESIDENT. :stunned: President... dent... dental surgery... Mark has bad teeth?! :stunned:
April 9, 200917 yr You still cant think of a comeback. Me, Briggs and Jack (and possibly some others) find your "scottish" type stuff (for me obviously) very offensive and we do not like it. We consider this racism, therefore, to us, you are racist. Either stop making these posts towards us, or you are classed, to us, as a racist. Ooh, I'm quaking in my boots....................................... Now if you'll excuse me, I have my daily punning quota to fulfil. I'm here ad infinitum.............................
April 9, 200917 yr Data... Data was a character on Star Trek... trek... track. Track and field. Running. Running for president? MARK IS RUNNING FOR PRESIDENT. :stunned: Coldplaying President? I like the sound of that!:D Can I count on your vote??
April 9, 200917 yr Coldplaying President? I like the sound of that!:D Can I count on your vote?? We should probably leave the vote-counting to a neutral third-party. And even they shouldn't stand on my ballot while counting the others.
April 9, 200917 yr Is it a "usual suspects" party? If so, I think I'll pass, thanks. No, i'll invite a punch of underaged girls to entertain you. :) How about a date with Nathan?? Interested?? Yeah actually i am interested. Can you arrange that for me, please? President... dent... dental surgery... Mark has bad teeth?! :stunned: Hm..it's hard to tell.. We've only seen pics of some other hawt man that some people called "mc_squared" but i doubt that's actually him..
April 9, 200917 yr No, i'll invite a punch of underaged girls to entertain you. :) Now if that ain't askin' for trouble I don't know what is. Not even I could manage to do that. Pat on the back for Rolle!
April 9, 200917 yr Yeah actually i am interested. Can you arrange that for me, please? It doesn't surprise me in the least that knuckle-draggers are your "type".
April 9, 200917 yr Three whole pages appear to have vanished from this thread, by the way. I think we need to call in Mulder and Scully.
April 9, 200917 yr Doctor Who? No. I don't think he'd be able to solve problems relating to thar interwebz.
April 9, 200917 yr Author Well that's a failure in the system, so you should have a word with its creator if you can locate him. I find it funny that, and excuse me if I get a little personal here, the middle aged teacher is making sarcastic comments about a 20 year old student not being on the internet to argue with him at 11pm. Poor me for having a life, Mark. I think the only time you're not on this forum is between 9am and 3pm. Next time I'll tell my friends that I can't go out because I have to defend myself on the internet! Hell, you've probably scored about 3000 posts since I left last night... But never the less, I've spoken to people about your racism, Mark. And you show no signs of stopping it so there we go. I guess all that's left is for the people who oppose it to report all of the posts with racial intent?
April 9, 200917 yr I think we should have a thread like this everytime Mark makes a shit joke. Except with more arguing and pages.
April 9, 200917 yr Author I think we should have a thread like this everytime Mark makes a shit joke. Except with more arguing and pages. We don't have the man power to keep that up. 45,501 threads like this would be insane.
April 9, 200917 yr But never the less, I've spoken to people about your racism, Mark. And you show no signs of stopping it so there we go. I guess all that's left is for the people who oppose it to report all of the posts with racial intent? Anyone can find offence in anything if they choose to, especially if they have an agenda as you and your fellow usual suspects do. I strongly suggest you start using the "ignore" function before it's forcibly imposed on you. Your choice.;)
April 9, 200917 yr When the person you are spouting things to tells you to stop because they don't like it, but you don't, it's still abuse regardless of the "trivial" levels of racism
April 9, 200917 yr When the person you are spouting things to tells you to stop because they don't like it, but you don't, it's still abuse regardless of the "trivial" levels of racism As is slander and mobbing.;) Trivial is an understatement though.
April 9, 200917 yr Whether or not its racism, making fun of someone because of their background or nationality is the sign of pure ignorance and an inability to be creatively abusive or humorous.
April 9, 200917 yr Whether or not its racism, making fun of someone because of their background or nationality is the sign of pure ignorance and an inability to be creatively abusive or humorous. Try telling Jeremy Clarkson that.
April 9, 200917 yr Exactly, thats a great comparison. Clarksons a not openly a biggot but shows definate signs of restraining it, much like yourself.
April 9, 200917 yr Exactly, thats a great comparison. Clarksons a not openly a biggot but shows definate signs of restraining it, much like yourself. Interesting theory. I wonder whether those who complained to the BBC about Clarkson's comments are among those who also complained about Wossy and Brandy re: Sachsgate. Some people will just complain about everything, probably because they haven't got anything better to do. However, what I can't understand is how some will say they find the type of stuff JC comes out with deeply offensive, while at the same time completely condoning Russell Brand's behaviour, which could easily be viewed as equally offensive depending on how you look at it. If everybody was forced to change their act/routine as soon as anyone complained about it, comedy would quickly cease to exist in any shape or form, because at the end of the day, you can find offence in anything if you choose to.
April 9, 200917 yr Author But, when someone says "don't insult me personally based on where I come from because I class it as abuse and don't like it" and you don't, then you're just lacking qualities as a human being.
April 9, 200917 yr But, when someone says "don't insult me personally based on where I come from because I class it as abuse and don't like it" and you don't, then you're just lacking qualities as a human being. No more so than if somebody continually pursues petty vendettas against someone by creating threads or groups about them, slandering them or generally being intolerant about their posting style simply because you don't like it.;)
