Tell your EARLIEST memory as a child

Featured Replies

I have a very vague memory from when I was 1 riding in an old toyota camry in the back ... facing backwards I think... Then I have the vivid memory of running into a door, waiting in the waiting room, and then getting stitches and screaming from pain (I don't think it really hurt that bad but I didn't trust those scary people (doctors and nurses (hey, I was just 3)))

edit: I just realized I probably remember that because that's when my brother was born (when I was 1 yr old)

My uncle's wedding, when i was 4.

My mom made me a black dress with red dots on it. really awful

cracking my head and getting stitches. 3 years old.

My earliest memory is when I was about 2. I was in my crib, and I wanted out.

I have some memories of my life in Netherlands when I way 3. I remember I spoke Dutch like I was born there.... Unfortunately I forgot it... :(

You lived in the Netherlands? How cool. :wacky:

When I was riding my pink cute bike down the road and two guys came and distracted me, so I drove right into the bench outside or house.

5 years old.

I remember doing something when I was 5 or 4 or something

That's easy for you since it's just a couple of years ago.

Im older than what you think I am.

When I went to London for the first time back when I was 2 or 3, I remember sitting watching the teletubbies in this grey/dark blue room. The sun was rising, everything was so peaceful. Hahaha the teletubbies :laugh3:

Ouch! Yeah, that's something you'd remember. :laugh3:

I just realized I have another memory from when i was really young -

I was probably 4 or 5 and my mom was taking me to the mall with her, and we were in the parking lot, just after we got out of her little blue BMW. And it was summer and really hot, and I remember the entrance to the mall looked like a massive temple, so high.

Now whenever I go to that same mall, the entrance seems very average.

And then I remember when I was about 5 or 6, I was tossing a rock up in the air as high as I could, just to see how high I could get it. And it came back down a crashed through the back windshield of that same little BMW, lol. This was right before my family was about to go on a vacation at the beach... I forgot what we ended up doing, or if we went or not. But I didn't get in much trouble for that, believe it or not.

I remember me going to a sleepover at my Grandma's, and my dad asked if I was going to have fun. I was about 2.

I remember watching some survivor show when i was 3 I think,

My first memory is from back in the days of potty-training. I pooped in my Barbie underwear. It was unpleasant. :embarassed:

oh crap! (no pun intended)

I remember wetting my diaper and waking up really early not able to open my eyes when I was just walking.....

This isn't my very first memory, but...

When I was 3, my brother was born with spina bifida. I remember being at the hospital in Dallas. I remember staying at the Ronald McDonald house, and I remember the funeral and riding in the hearse, which I actually thought was a limousine...

did Ken give you what for?

I can remember everything pretty much from the age of 2 and up. I guess my first memory was when my mom would drop me off at this lady's house and I called her Grandma and she had a parrot and would make my little friend Ashley and I popcorn. There was also a swing in the back yard. I was about 2.

uh...when I was 3, I was trying to stand in a basketball. And next thing I knew I was lying on my my parents bed and my mom was panicking ang hugging me tight. I also heard loud knocks on the door and my mom won't open it, she won't let me go, she just kept on crying and hugging me. I must've passed out and they told me years after that they thought I was going to die, because I was getting paler and paler and I won't wake up.

That's easy for you since it's just a couple of years ago.

Hahah, post of the year!
