Poor Pablo, nobody wanted to host him today. Pablo is the first born child, but the children that came after him seem to overshadow him. Is it the ugly album cover? Is it because of Thom Yorke's long bleached hair at that point? Is it because Pablo is a Creep and wishes he was special?

Pablo Honey was the last Radiohead album that I purchased. I was expecting it to be a not-so-good album, but was pleasantly surprised. Sure it is quite a bit different from their other albums, but it still has some solid rock songs. Thom Yorke's vocals are very strong on this album, belting out lines such as "stop whispering and start shouting!" as Jonny Greenwood goes into a rocking solo.

Personally my favourite part of the album is the very last song; Blow Out. It starts off with an almost jazzy and relaxed feel as it slowly builds up. Every member gets to show off their brilliance with this song. At 1:20 the distorted guitar starts up and the song just gets better and better from there. The last two minutes of the song is beautiful chaos with Phil going off on drums, Ed's haunting and sliding guitar sounds, and Jonny going off as well.

The essential songs off this album: You, Stop Whispering, Thinking About You, Prove Yourself, Blow Out

looking back at this album it's funny because when I heard Creep I used to think that he was saying "I'm a Creep, I'm a widow" instead of weirdo... has anyone else done that?

I think overall that this is an average to good album. Listening back to it, it's not as if it's a horrible album but it's just not the same as the others. I think it does get a bad rap in general, but there are some really good songs on it and I think that more people should give it a chance.

I really like You and blow out. :D

Its nice to get this one over with on the first day :P

oh god damn it... I guess I'm gonna be under a lot of strain to do a good presentation... and pablo honey isn't bad at all, the problem is that it is too low for radiohead's standards, It's just a regular grunge rock album, simple and rocking out.

I am listening to PH for the first time now, will post when I'm done (tho I already heard Creep earlier).

Really.

I love Jonny's shirt in Ricardo's.

You have an awesome signature too!

By the way, this album moves fast. I'm already on Vegetable.

Edit: Mike, now your signature is even more awesome!
