Sorry for not being round. Busy with exams! Finally over... I'll try and get those two pages scanned for you lovely people this weekend. I don't own a scanner (borrowed one from a mate), but should be OK tomorrow. The problem with the last page of the book is that it tends to get black stripes all over it as it is just in front of a black page with a photo on it in the book, so I'll fiddle in Gimp with it and try to upload it.
