June 5, 200719 yr i live in england and i think i should have a good grasp of the english language by now and sometimes people who aren't english like frenchies and the germans and whoever else use incorrect grammar if i didn't know you were french i would have thought you were english were you taught it from a young age? I started learning english at 11. and why don't you post on forums that are french? Mmmh I don't know. I don't wanna. would you not feel happier posting on a forum which is your mother tongue---would it not be easier or does it come natural to you English comes better than French. and at 22 you aren't at school anymore so you don't even need to know english out of choice I'm not at school anymore, indeed. No money. And sure I do need english. Why wouldn't I? Cos I don't go to school anymore?
June 5, 200719 yr I took one year of french in highschool, I have forgotten most of it, but.. I remember the basics- sort of.
June 5, 200719 yr I'm still keeping up my English after studying it for years. By means of reading and listening to American/English movies on TV, I've improved it a lot. This website is not bad either to keep it up, right ? Just imagine Chris Martin to be our English teacher and everyone would speak flawless ! :laugh3:
June 5, 200719 yr ^ Magda, I'll send you an e-mail tomorrow, k? The only thing I learnt to say in German this year is: "Ich bin seltsam."
