the sad thing is that 100 fahrenheit is supposed to be like human temperature, but everyone knows it's 98.6

and I am not sure what the 0 represents... it's something stupid like the melting point of mercury or the melting point of ocean water

And room temperature is about 24 celcius

That's warm for a room.

Having a colder than normal room is better than having a hot one.
