September 3, 200322 yr What are some of your favorites? Mine would have to be Saving Private Ryan, loved the ending where he was told to go home and earn this, its the only movie I've cried too, and Band of Brothers was a work of genius. It got to where you wanted to see all these guys go home, so basically Spielberg + Hanks + $ = Great war movies. I also loved We Were Soldiers, Black Hawk Down, and To Hell and Back: the Audie Murphy Story.
September 3, 200322 yr i would so have to say Saving Private Ryan! In the end when Tom Hanks dies i alost cried. It's such an amazing movie and Steven Spielberg did such an aweosme job directing too. I recomment everyone to see it, i got whole new outlook on war veterans from this movie. Go and check it out.

September 20, 200322 yr Enemy at the Gates was just on, and i enjoyed that...so i'm gonna say that's my fav (just because i can't remember the other war movies i've seen :P )
