I believe the city with the lowest or one of the lowest crime rates requires homes to own guns. First order of business if fascism it to remove weapons from the people so they cannot fight back. I just thought that the high ownership of guns in the us correlated to the unusually high amount of murders we have here. Hey, what does account for that?
