October 27, 200916 yr Tall Poppy Syndrome? Sounds psychedelic!:mudkip::flutterby::thinking2: But life is what we make of it, so enjoy the simple pleasures, and just let the good times roll!:hat: (In the end, it's all the fluxes and wavelengths we're on, and it ain't no big deal. Be one with the path you choose, and it's the person that counts, not the stuff.)
October 27, 200916 yr This person has a sad life if they seriously can't be happy for four good, nice people. Coldplay worked hard to get where they are and they continue to work to get better. They deserve their success.

They deserve their success. Nowhere did they say they didn't deserve their success. And what, they're a sad person because ZOMG THEY DON'T APPRECIATES THE COLDPLAY? This is reflecting on past experiences and personal thoughts, not "I WOULD HAVE HAD MY SUCCESS IF IT WEREN'T FOR THOSE ROTTEN KIDS!"

That's my opinion.
October 27, 200916 yr How? It's not jealousy at all. There's no bitterness or hatred in the article for it to be jealous.
October 27, 200916 yr Interessting article, for me there is no jealousy or bitterness in it. The person just reflects as hers/his and CP starting points were exactly the same but ended up in totally different ends now. It makes me kind of laugh that everytimes an article doesn't say how great CP is, that CM is a song writing god, the article gets slated. Not everybody thinks CP is the greatest thing since sliced bread! P.

Like annie said, at least that's how I would see it. I mean, I've been there as well ... Everytime I go to a class reunion you meet your ex-class mates and often you are sursprised how they ended up to become successful/popular/fortunate. Back in school they were the biggest nerds, hardly any friends, no girl-/boyfriends aso. and yet they are successful in their jobs, completely changed their looks and have a nice/goodlooking wife/hubby and children and you say 'No way!??' when you just think back some 20 years and have her/his appearance in front of your inner eye. This has nothing to do with jealousy IMO but it's just about that you wouldn't have expected that certain people would turn out to be so popular/successful. It's just hard to describe ...

October 27, 200916 yr I don't know...sometimes I'm afraid that I'm wasting my life on doing some things I don't like. I think sometimes that what I do can't give any feedback later in my life:confused:wtf//
October 27, 200916 yr Interesting article indeed! I think its normal to be at least a little bit jealous when people you have known have achieved more than you and have a better quality of life. Its just human nature.
October 28, 200916 yr Interesting article indeed! I think its normal to be at least a little bit jealous when people you have known have achieved more than you and have a better quality of life. Its just human nature. ^^ yeah, i do believe it's in our instinct to have that sort of thing. But being way serious about that is just not normal, well at least for me. People just have to work on their frustrations, trust their inner self. lol. :):laugh3::)
October 28, 200916 yr Dear Ms. Power. You're clearly an excellent writer as demonstrated by this article. Please stop whining and write your book. :)
