Why?

 

Because of my in-firm training/apprenticeship or whatever you call it in english.

 

Some things are definitely going wrong there. Usually you have to visit a school and to go to work if you do something like that. I don't visit a school, because I don't have to anymore and my boss says I don't need that. and next spring I will have the first part of my assessment (right word???)....and I am super worried that I won't make it. Or that I will totally fuck it up, because I don't know which things I need to know and all that stuff.....and all those people I ask who should know can't help me....argh....:worried:

 

I seriously shouldn't have started that training a year ago....it causes me and has caused me trouble...my boss just takes advantage of me because he doesn't have to pay me that much, because I am still in training.....although I do as much work as other people there...

you're boss sounds pretty...um...jerkish :lol: it sucks that he takes advantage of you like that. honestly, i'd try to help if i could, but i've never really experienced anything like this except for a couple of the exams i've taken in school. in those cases, i'd just wing it. can i ask what exactly you do?

Well, I do this in-firm training in a music shop. The job itself is really ok. But the company I work for seriously sucks. Esp. my boss. If I will fuck this up this won't be good for my future. Usually people who do this go to school.....some people were a bit shocled when they heard I don't....ah shit....I don't know, but when I start to think about all this I am like "WTF am I doing?"....and on the other hand I go work everyday like every other person...ah

i would suggest talking to someone who may have had experience in this type of situation...but you've already asked your co-workers, right? geeze.

yep I have asked them....the main problem is that they have changed the assessment....and I will be one of the first who does this new thing...which makes it even more hard

heheh no problem...it just really annoys me, because my boss just takes advantage of me and I have to be worried about my future...argh

In the US here, one problem is companies that hire temporary workers, and then the workers never get full benefits or descent pay, because they are perpetually held in "training", and they are working just short of full-time employment hours, or they are hired and let go every so many months. It's a cop-out, and the companies that do it reap extra profits, at the expense of the workers. Is this your situation??

Maybe see a counselor or a union rep??

don't that training depends on some institution? (association, school...) can't you ask them about it and tell your situation?

 

they should help you find some way to solve it... may be you are worrying for too much, and that test (i guess you be worried about the exam/academic knowledge part, right?), part you will be ready enought with what you've learnt working :confused:

muss man nicht, wenn man abitur hat, trotzdem in die berufsschule? verkürzt zwar aber eben doch? kannst du nicht mal bei der zuständigen schule in bonn anrufen? wahrscheinlich habe ich da was falsch verstanden, aber das klingt sehr fishy!

 

es wäre ja noch nicht zu spät, wenn du nur zwei jahre da hin musst. irgenwo musst du doch prüfungen und sowas ablegen!

Also. Ab 21 ist man nicht mehr berufsschulpflichtig. Deshalb geh ich auch nicht zur Schule. Dazu kommt auch noch, dass es für meinen Beruf (außer im zweiten Lehrjahr...) keine spezielle Klasse gibt. Ich lerne den Beruf "Musikfachhändler"....man geht normalerweise im ersten und im dritten Lehrjahr in die Klasse der Einzelhändler...im zweiten Lehrjahr findet ein Blockunterricht in einer Fachklasse ind Mittenwald in Bayern statt....aber noch nichtmal den kann ich besuchen, weil das ganze insgesamt mehr als 2000 Euro kostet.....diese kosten übernimmt mein Arbeitgeber nicht, weil ers sich angeblich nicht leisten kann die Kosten für alle Auszubildenden zu übernehmen...ich denke mal bei denen unter 21 MUSS er es aber machen....

 

so, d.h. nun, dass ich keinerlei theoretischen Unterricht wahrnehmen kann. Hinzu kommt auch noch, dass die ab August 2009 die ganze Ausbildung verändert haben und sich jetzt auch die Inhalte ein wenig ändern....wir machen jetzt ne gestreckte Abschlussprüfung anstatt Zwischenprüfung und dann Abschlussprüfung...d.h. dass ich nächstes Jahr im Mai schon den ersten Teil meiner Abschlussprüfung mache und ich keinen blassen Schimmer habe, was darin vorkommen wird....was ich können sollte, etc....also hab ich mich an den GDM (Gesamtverband Deutscher Musikfachgeschäfte) gewandt, weil die normalerweise auch diejenigen sind, die Ahnung davon haben....da bekam ich aber nur zurück, dass die auch nicht wirklich wissen, wie sie mir helfen sollen. Die IHK kann mir auch nicht helfen und meinen Arbeitgeber brauch ich gar nicht erst zu fragen, weil der am wenigsten Ahnung hat.

 

Und dann auch noch die Sache, dass ich ganz normal arbeiten gehe und dafür nur zwischen 500 und 600 Euro Netto im Monat bekomme, da ich ja den Status Auszubildende habe....im Weihnachtsgeschäft hab ich dann auch noch keinen freien Tag mehr, d.h. ich gehe dann 6 Tage die Woche arbeiten....eigentlich werde ich behandelt wie jede andere Vollzeitkraft....im Betrieb lern ich meiner Meinung nach nicht wirklich viel...klar ich bekomme manchmal was erklärt, aber nur wenn die Zeit dazu da ist und das ist höchst selten....

 

In meiner Filiale ist noch nicht mal einer mit Ausbilderschein beschäftigt....

 

wie ich in meinem ersten Post gesagt habe....wenn ich zur Arbeit gehe denk ich gar nicht so wirklich darüber nach...aber wenn ich dann mal darüber nachdenke und mit anderen darüber rede, merke ich erstmal wie bescheuert das alles ist....

 

Ich wünschte ich hätte den Mist nicht angefangen, aber das alles konnte ich ja vorher nicht wissen....

hast du's mal beim arbeitsamt versucht? der staat muss doch ein interesse haben, dass du einen rechtmässigen abschluss kriegst? vielleicht kriegst du über die mittenwald finanziert? und die ihk und all die anderen stellen machen es sich doch erstmal ein bisschen zu einfach? würde ich nochmal nachboren? oft muss man entsetzlich druck machen, bevor sich jemand zuständig fühlt. ich würde mal persönlich beim arbeitsamt/ hach 'ne der agentur für arbeit :P vorbeischauen, bzw. dem örtlichen biz (wenn's das noch gibt??).

Ja ich glaub arbeitsamt wär noch ne Idee.....das stimmt wohl....sollte ich mal tun. Ich hab gestern auch noch an die Berufsschule Mittenwald geschrieben.....bin mal gespannt was da zurück kommt...
