Is Santa real?

Four?!

I was 7 but didnt tell my parents until I was like 11 haha. I think I milked a few extra years of getting Santas Money is No Object presents as opposed to Parents Budget presents. Cant remember if that was on purpose, if so, I was a demon child.

yeah right... next you're gonna tell me that the easter bunny and tooth fairy are also parents too

Well..

TBH, I'm the easter bunny.

The tooth fairy is your mom/dad too :P

:whip:

Here could be kids!

Hmm.. true.

I take it back.

I didn't tell my parents I knew either, it was cos I didn't want to ruin their enthusiasm though, I felt like I'd be a bit of a **** if I just went "well santa's not real" in their face after they made an effort.

i remember when I was a kid (like 7 or 8) I sort of knew about santa not being real, from kids at school and what not.

one thing that really made me not believe in it was there was this one time my next door neighboor (she was sort of a grandma to me) used to buy me and my siblings a gift, so I remember saying outloud "thank you santa", and she said "you're welcome"...haha

I didn't have to tell my parents that I knew that he wasn't real, because my mom was the one who told me he wasn't. :/

I have to tell my parents not to spend lots on me, I'm like the opposite of the cliché ****ish child.

That was me entirely.

I remember getting a computer when I was 10 (This was a big thing at the time) and screaming "Thank you!... oh, to, Santa".

And on the 2nd quote, yep, I found it a difficult balance picking presents that werent too expensive but my parents could visibly see that I liked them for many months. That was a toughie.

Of course he's real! Why wouldn't he be? Sure...he never came to my house....but oh well! :) I still believe!

I just feel really guilty when I receive gifts, I was telling them that this year, cos I don't feel like I deserve anything from them and I just want to buy them some really great presents to make up for everything they've ever bought me. They fail to see the well intended sentiment behind it though and think I am just being awkward :(

He got stuck in my chimney and Im sure we heard him having a wank while we waited for aid.

Yes you are being awkward. Chill the fuck out, theyre your parents, they dont think twice about it, its just a duty, one of the more enjoyable ones.

When I was a little kid, I wanted a Barbie Dollhouse for Christmas. Then one night in December, we got a phone call during dinner. My dad answered, and he said it was for me. It was Santa. He was calling to tell me that I wouldn't be getting the Barbie Dollhouse because they ran out of roofing materials for the Dollhouse in the workshop, so the elves couldn't make anymore. I was upset, but I thanked Santa for calling to let me know.

Of course, several years later I found out my parents had a co-worker make the Santa phone call, because they didn't want to spend that much money on a toy. :freak:

I never believed in Santa because my parents never made me believe in him. I always saw them carrying the bags of gifts and then my mom going into her room to wrap them. :P And I'm glad because then I didn't have to get sad or upset when I found out he was fake.

You believed in Santa Claus until you were 15? :freak:

Is that surprising? Yeah, its true, and I think it was cool!
