I don't like it here.. :disappointed:

aaw why :(

@Yma, Buffalove's okay. It's a scummy sort of city I guess...our government is shit too. :\

:\aw that sucks, how are the schools there though?:uhoh:

the people must be nice :cheesy:

Ohh, I loved this thread!!:D

I like where I live... I live in the capital of Minas Gerais, a state of Brazil. It's so big!!! My state is bigger then France, for example! Here we have many waterfalls, giant rivers, caves and mountains!! Here we haven't sea, we have "sea of mountains"!!! In the pass, when Brazil was a Portugal's colony, my state had much gold and diamonds, and today we can see beautiful churches, disabled mines, and other things in the historical cities. The name "Minas" refers "mines", because of the abundance of the minerals.

Later, we can open a thread only with photos of our places!! Will be fantastic!:)

:stunned:that sounds like dreamland!!! WOW that sounds so cool:wacky:

there is a thread like that!:nice:

I love Austin.

What is it like there?I've driven through there but just to get to New Mexico! and I drove down this road that looked like the road for the Texas Chainsaw Massacre:wreck:

i really like my town, its not too big and not too small. although not many things to do, it is very close to other places that do have things to do, but without so much traffic that you find in big cities. and im not too far from a famous city.

i LOVE california! the name itself is beautiful. the weather is nice and i could not imagine living anywhere else. even with its sudden earthquakes that scare me...

so yea i like where i live

so you've experienced an earthquake?!:\

nope..though I didn't always hate it you know when I was like a kid and didn't understand anything, but I've never liked it either :( though I loved Lapland when I was a kid and there was sooo much snow and stuff and we had a cottage there, but now there's not that much snow and stuff so that's gone too

one of my biggest fears is getting stuck here..you know only 1,5% of Finnish students go to uni to abroad..like..1.5% seriously :dozey:

Lapland sounds nice! (get your mind out of the gutter dirty Coldplayers)

Just ask your parents to move!! Plus you're basically an adult Jo,move to London next year:whip::wacky:

:stunned:wow thats a low percentage!!

Well I know you'll get into uni!

Cool! For me it's London all the way ;)

:smug:

THIS PLACE REALLY SUCKS.

Its dirty, full of criminals, full of drug, full of shit.

there are more beautiful places in argentina, the patagonia for example. buenos aires is beautiful, but the poeple is not the best

yes amy ive definitely experienced an earthquake, well more than one i lost count. most are small tough. thank god!

this one time in my bio class, i had a teacher from Texas and all of a sudden it felt as if a bulldoser hit the room and shook it. she freaked out and was like "oh shit!!"

everyone else was just like ".....so...should we go under the desks??" haha but it was over right away and we just started laughing.(eventhough inside i was kinda scared)

but apparantly the teacher freaked out so much she moved back to Texas right away.

:laugh3:at the teacher story. :P

I live in California too so I've experienced quite a bit of earthquakes as well. They don't frighten me anymore when they occur but I am fearful of that big earthquake they say is coming. Other than that I love California too because of the weather like you said. :D Lots to do in Cali as well. :)

yup im nervous for that big one too. but not too long ago i felt a couple of small earthquakes which is good to relieve the tension of the tectonic plates so its good news so we wont have such a huge quake. haha sorry i took geology last semester so...yea lots to do in CALI and beautiful scenery! for example monterey bay, love their aquarium =)

My mum got offered a job in California. I could live there for 7 months, all expenses paid :awesome:

Wow, nice! Enjoy the weather and the 'wonderful' people :nice:

It's a big move, I can imagine.

Aww, I'm sorry, it is hard, and yeah when my dad left I kinda ended up having to stay here :/

California doesn't seem like such an awesome place to live... I'd love to visit, but never live..... Maybe San Fran....
