Do you write "MakeTradeFair.com" on your hand?

Featured Replies

Do you? I do sometimes, with some other people from my class :)

Am I weird now? :embarrased:

Haha no you're not weird! I mean , as long as you support the organization and aren't just doing cause Chris does it.

I personally don't, but that's just me. :P

I don't write it on my hand, but I DID write it on a Chris Martin poster I stuck up on my classroom wall. bah, all my mates know I'm odd anyway  :smug:

if you know exactly what you're supporting and you believe in it then yes, but you can't go to a supermarket and buy a jar of kenco with it written on, per say. If people took a minute to think of all the things they do during the day that may have had an effect on fair trade then the black marker would stay well in the pencil case :)

I used to last year...i did a report on it and CP was my inspiration...too bad i only got a B...that pissed me off!

 B is great, stop being so ungrateful :P

I DO think its very important that people don't support Fair Trade just because Coldplay do, because thats just silly. However, I'm not sure how someone can be AGAINST Fair Trade

in principle its hard not to be in favour of fair trade, but in practice its hard to truly support it all the time - for example there proportion of fair trade goods on sale compared to multinational brands is low, and non-existant in some cases

well i don't :dozey:

me too...ink is bad for skin it gaves spot...

to be honest i'd heard of them before but i never paid attention to it until i saw CP was supporting them and then i wanted to know what they do and why and yes i support them cause they're trying to do a great job very difficult but a good one so yes i support them but not cause CP do it :wink3:

Well said!

I can't write on my hand, well not very well anyway.

I write things only I'd understand on the back of my hands. Usually just the name of a guy I like. In runes. Hmm, you think I'm getting too old for that?

I only write on my hand when I need to remember something important. :)
