I agree with that to an extent. I didn't think the atmosphere was dreadful but it was certainly very different to normal, when the floor would be standing not seats. I remember thinking that was a weird decision at the time and I'm still not quite sure why someone thought that was a good idea but hey, I had a good time all the same.

I would have enjoyed it more if I had been sitting next to genuine fans, rather than being flanked by unenthusiastic "opportunists".:dozey:

Well goodbye then! and good luck but I have a feeling you'll be back for their next album:D

You mean a bit like all those people who announce they're "quitting the board for good" and then reappear just weeks or months later?:P

:laugh3: yeah you're right but I would not call them opportunists that's a huge euphemism!

I would call them bored people who just want to tell their colleagues everything about it the next day!

The people around us seemed to be genuine fans so I had no problems there.

Then you should count yourself lucky. One of the guys I ended up sitting next to didn't even know who Will was.:dozey:

It was an insult.

i hate people like that. :disappointed: This girl I hate kept bragging that her brother got to go to see Coldplay when they were in town and that they didn't even like them. :blank:

What a waste! Another two guys next to me at the other show didn't move from their seats the entire concert.:dozey:

I hated when nobody knew the sangs and sang at the concert I went to.

Everyone was sitting to, I swear I was the only person in my section standing up. :blank:

I DON'T CARE IF THEIR WAYS WERE BLOCKED THEY COULD HAVE STOOD UP TOO.

For some reason looking at the title of this thread keeps getting Crests of Waves stuck in my head.

 Crests.

WE SHOULD HAVE OUR OWN PRIVATE COLDPLAY CONCERT :awesome:

Worst of all was the "dad" (he was with his kids) next to me who took offence at glow sticks being waved around.:dozey:

It's a good job he wasn't at Wembley, or he'd have had a seizure!

There was a few people sat about 3 rows in front of us who looked miserable as sin for the majority of the concert and then when the guys moved to the C stage...they were up out their seats and trying to get closer quicker than I've seen anyone move in my life

^

Sickening.:dozey:

Am I the only one who likes X&Y?

no I like it too, at first I didn't because it kinda sounds like everything on parachutes and rush but once I got into it I realized it was pretty fantastic

its not my favourite album, but its still pretty good

AROBTTH is the best album by far...

But seriously X&Y was a good album.

Am I the only one who likes X&Y?

X&Y is a masterpiece! :stunned:

I saw Bon Jovi last month. There were 2 empty seats next to me, and the guy in the next seat FELL ASLEEP! During Bon-freaking-Jovi!!! What is UP with people at concerts???
