coldplay_is_louve.
So, to make gifs and things, or just to have a video on my iPod, I go to Firefox and use their video download center to get it off YouTube. I wanted the video to be it's original quality though, so I clicked on options and selected same quality. After I did that, when I'd try to download it as an iPod video, it either wouldn't download or would downlad as .flv still. Should I just get a quick free trial converter, or is there something else I can do? I really want this video to be HD. Thanks!

SueDeNimes
All videos on YouTube are in flv This has always been the caseNo, they're not!! The high quality ones are in .mp4! I'd suggest the Firefox add-on "FlashGot". If the video's available in .mp4 it'll list it. If not, you have to use a converter indeed. Recommendations are SUPER (download link at the bottom) and XMedia Recode. :)
