Apparently there were other immigrants and when they saw Border Patrol trying to get them this 15 years old dude threw rocks at them (US BP) so one of them shots him in the head. Then they tried to manipulate the evidence by grabbing his shoes to put footprints on american side but then mexican police arrived so they left... And I say, what if the case would have been the opposite? American government would force to make justice, as it should. And is it excusable for an adult to use a gun to repeal the agression of a boy who just throws rocks, while he is a trained person to use a pistol? And was it necessary to kill him? He could have just shoot him in the leg or just scare him away with it, but he had to kill him. I hope justice is done and instead of doing this kind of stuff Border Patrol agents catch people who pass drugs and guns.
