if is the same situation, a fire probably we all will panic and won't save much of the house, it also depend on the room and so on.

but i'd save:

my family,

photos (if possible),

last notebook or the laptop (if possible, but surely not at the end),

basic pack (key, mobile, wallet).

instruments (if possible)

 

i guess same goes about flooding or quake.
