I did it again out of curiosity and I liked greg's idea of doing it again.

I'm pretty sure a couple of people in my family at my father's side are autistic though, and my brother is diagnosed.

I'm not autistic, just a shy nerd apparently :disappointed:

Are Rebecka and I the only autistic people in this thread? :surprised:

I've always wanted to start a thread and see who all was on the spectrum and such.

I have a thing for numbers, I count steps, windows, glasses, almost everything around me and I get way too excited over numbers that are "nice" to me. :uhoh:

(Can't explain why but some numbers are good, some bad to me.)

(So yeah, I had a high score...)

I also like sticking to my routines, that even starts with showering: hair, face, hair again, body. I'd feel weird if I wouldn't stick to that. :uhoh:

On the other side I DO enjoy meeting new people and being around them for example.

Some of those items are too vague and it has been said before - it's not that easy to "diagnose" something from one simple 4-choice-scale on the net. A Likert scale would certainly be better. The real tests won't be on the internet I suppose and an online test can't compete with an expert's judgement.

Hahaha, that almost sounds more than what people think of when they think of OCD than autism. :P

Haha that's right!

I could never deny that. :laugh4:

What you say is another argument against those online tests as well.

Once I even wanted to break a glass at work because I didn't like the number.

Hope you're fine, Crestsy! :nice:

When it says numbers I figure it literally means numbers and math and dates and such, not counting the number of objects

Only problem being, half of the things are really ambiguous and should be open ended. Tomorrow I could do the test again and get a different score.

it's true, it's the same with IQ tests :disappointed::lol:

I'm winning :charming:

This makes me want to make a thread for autistic people even more haha

There's already this one.

I actually read through that whole thread a couple days ago. :P

*wonders whether or not to bump*
