Today when I was checking in Coldplay.com I looked up recordings. Speed of Sound single and Violet Hill single released 1 month before X&Y and VLV album recordings. Single dates are in May and album dates are in June. Those informatioıns give us that they can release a new single nowadays or If they release a new single, they will release LP5 just one month after.

Anyway, this is just an assumption. We will see them at 3-4-5 June. There is only 2.5 weeks remain.

I can wait 3-4 months but I need to know that Coldplay is alive or not.

I said in a post a couple of pages back that Oasis released the single Some Might Say in April 1995 a full 6 months before the release of What's The Story Morning Glory. That summer they played numerous dates including Glastonbury before the full launch of that album in October 1995. I wouldn't be surprised if we got a single in a few weeks and then the album in October.
