You've never seen them live in person though?

I love their music but it doesn't mean I have to know every technicality about their stage lighting.

Sadly no, I got into them midway through the tour and plus they didn't play anywhere near where I live I don't think, and I wouldn't call it knowing every technicality, just the strobes on that song were memorable, and my friend had a signature with the band playing The Gloaming in green once so I've always associated green with the song.

I can tell you Plug in Baby is playing if there are giant eyeball balloons filled with confetti. Or Guiding Light is playing just by tasting the confetti. :dazzled:

I just don't think I'll ever get into Muse..

That's fine. :P

Just like some people can't get into Radiohead or Sigur Ros.

Although (off topic) my dad hates all the bands I listen to and he loved Sigur Ros. :|

I'm basically an encyclopaedia on some topics. :dazzled:

My dad hates all the music my brother listens to, except for Muse :|

That's fine. :P

I wouldn't even attempt to get the people I know into the music I like.

It's sad how I've become a little obscure indie rock guy, one of the smallest minorities in all of the world

Obscure as in the music I like not myself...

fuckyah :charming:

I find Sigur Ros boring.

I love Sigur Ros, but they're hard to get into for some people.

Herherher

and yes i recognise post's irony

I wouldn't even attempt to get the people I know into the music I like.

I tried, and it didn't work. :P

One of my favorite albums of all time is Ágætis byrjun and I don't even know how to pronounce it properly :(

I can't get into Sigur Ros cos I can't really stand Jonsi's falsettos.

Hiiiinoooooofflllllluuuuuuuuuuu heeaaaaclllaaaaannnnuuuuuuuuuu

Guess which song that is ^

Dunno, all of their discography?

Yeah!

I really like Sigur Ros but I find I can't listen to them too much. A lot of their songs are very similar and I kind of get lost in them. Not to mention they are singing in another language makes it hard to follow too.

I like getting lost in their music, though. . . It's what I like about Sigur Ros; their music is really relaxing. :wacky:
