Wow. I never knew that.

Yup , its not that bad though .. they do it to make it better and to make their product "perfect". its not like the audio its completely different . but the vocals are better

Im not saying coldplay does this , or that in the Live 2003 they did this , its just an example:

Lets say Coldplay are making a VLV DVD .. its time for chris to sing VLV .. he does the song , jumps and runs arround , and its kinda breathless and sounds a little raspy .. They probaly dub it in order to fix it. Maybe increasing the volume of the crowd in the "ohhhh" part .. also to fix chris vocals and make them seem more flawless and normal , intead of the raspy breathless ones .. You know ?

Yeah, but usually they have some of the audience members on the field so it's like a gig (correct me if I'm wrong?).

TBH , i dont know lol . Actually im not an american person .. And its the first time that i've seen the superbowl .. But i have seen other performances and it seemed like people on the field had a coreography prepared and in others had drums and trompets etc .. But tbh , i really dont know :D

:laugh3: Hadn't seen that episode of MST, like ever! Thanks for sharing it - quite a unique experience, and yes, that resembles Wisconsin in so many quirky ways! Elroy "crazy legs" Hirsch - maybe they're thinking of the Rams or the Rockets.. Elroy Hirsch - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

He was from Wisconsin though..

It's nice to see I'm not the only one who doesn't like BEP. And why on earth would Slash agree to play with them. :| He's legendary. They're... not.

I liked the Detroit commercial (not because of Chrysler though). See, downtown Detroit is kewl. :wacky: It's nice to see the inside of the Fox Theater, it's so pretty and intricate; I'm going to go there next month to see Daniel Tosh live. \m/

True. It only makes it sound better.

Hm, last year I'm pretty sure they had fans on the field, but I really don't know before that so you may be right.

You. . . you know MST3K? :surprised:

High five! :awesome:

I'm on my third soda now. . .good thing it isn't beer or else I'd be drunk.

We have half a pizza, about 20 pigs in a blanket, a quarter of a baked brie, and four hot wings left.

Any takers? :| :P

Hm.. "Giant Spider Invasion" - that explains it!:laugh3: Yes, I know MST - my brother brought home many tapes of them, and they do so much better with the bad B movies!

But I think they were making fun of old footage when the Packers won the first championship games (the Lombardi years), and people went nuts! (hey, there's not a lot else going on here!:laugh3: ..or rather back then there wasn't)

Anyhow, hey, the game's getting more exciting!!

(? baked brie? like fried cheese curds??)

I don't know if this was mentioned earlier, but... did anyone else noticed that CA messed up the national anthem?

You have a good brother! I always watched it while my mom vacuumed on weekends. :wacky:

Yeah, one of the worst movies I've seen, along with Manos the Hands of Fate and The Creeping Terror.

It sure is!

Not too badly though - "over the ramparts we watched, were so gallantly streaming?" - it's hard to remember that part I think because it's lost in the context of the battle where Fort McHenry survived the bombardment from the British cannon fire, and adapted from a poem, so hey, how many Americans ever get that part right?:laugh3:

Anyhow, YAY!!! We're making progress again!!:)

So that's baked brie!! Thanks!

There's the kickoff. Legolas goes wide! BUT WAIT! Gandalf with the interception! He's running down the field shouting "YOU SHALL NOT PASS!"

!

Should I have watched it?

^Haha yeah, I lol'd at that.
