I got my ears pierced when I was in Europe just after I turned 18 because I wasn't allowed to have pierced ears.

 

It hurt. Not at first- the gun they use works so fast that you don't really feel anything but a pop. But later they ached quite a bit for 2 or 3 hours. I was actually more upset about being told that it wouldn't hurt than I was about it hurting at the time. Overall, it wasn't bad, and it was worth it because I like wearing crazy one-of-a-kind jewelry, but necklaces like that can overwhelm you. Earrings are just the right amount of crazy without standing out too much.

 

I just have my nipples pierced. I was told women love that, they lied. :(

It depends on the guy, his attitude, and what sort of shape he's in. Most guys who would go though with it have a terrible attitude which is a huge turn-off and makes it seem really sleazy and gross. The others are in terrible shape which ruins the whole effect. :tongue:

 

 

Ugh, I knew a guy who had his pierced and he would always play with them through his shirt. It was an unconscious tick. Everyone would be like ew, please stop, but then he would start again a couple of minutes later. :bomb: :sick:

It only hurts if they screw it up. That's what happened to me the first time, apparently wrong equipment or some such stuff, but it was fine the second time.

Once in a while when I feel like wearing earrings now I have to re-pierce the holes myself, that doesn't hurt too much.

Ears done at age 12, no pain. Just below lip, no pain.

Bellybutton, a little pain.

But compared to the tattoos, omfg.

Yup I have 2 sets of piercings. The first was done when I nwas 3 months old. The second when I was 18 years old :)

I've only had my ears pierced once, when I turned 15. I let them grow back in after a few weeks because the feeling the earrings gave me drove me bonkers.

here is usual to have them pierced when one is a baby -at least in the south- even before they leave the hospital.

i got mines when i was a baby, then when i was 10 or 12 i got another one on my left ear, cause when i was 5 the original got moved.

 

i thought it would hurt as hell but not, obviously you feel the 'sting' moment but that's it.

 

you better go to get it done to a good place, i got mine at the pharmacy. A kid from my school got it done at a fair and ended with an awful infection there :sick:
