brilliant error message from the system! :laugh3: but I'd rather not see it when I'm in the middle of trying to complete my work for month end :angry:

I hate error messages, I kept getting this when trying to do pay today:

"Could not connect to the back-end system, please check network connection or user access authorisation"

 

In layman's terms - the server the pay is on crashed :(

booooo! i like the term "back-end system" though :D

 

i think something must have crashed here too. i have to open saved word docs via this system and it won't open any of them.
