well, my whole leg is numb and it hurts since my whole entire right knee is injured!! :cry: that's the price i pay for running...i should just stick to playing soccer and swimming.. :cry:

awwww i am srry! I'll send guy over to make it feel better! :wink3: :lol: I know what u mean though i am really not allowed to go running since i get really bad shin splints and I have bad runners knee in both of my knees!

thanks ally, now i feel ten times better!!! actually both of my knees are very damaged, i have sprained both of them either playing basketball or soccer! but oddly enough, this time, i just scratched it..it was so bad, i left the whole pavement really bloody...but im okay now!
