I can extend the days to send in the mixtape, but I don't want to extend the time to sign up, just because as mentioned in this and the other thread this is sort of a mini mixtape exchange just trying to get whomever wants to go in the most. Also another reason why I made the deadline to send tapes in so close initially is that Greg mentioned how he wanted to do this and he's going on vacation. So I wanted to get it so that his tape and review gets in before then. But if you guys are okay with being the one to wait like 2 weeks for his review, then that's fine.

 

So then what date is good to extend sending in your tape until? the 5th? the 7th? the 10th?

 

Or I can still make the "deadline" for the 3rd as a placeholder but if you need more time like a day or few days you can send me a pm and I'd be more than willing to giving some before sending it to someone else. Does that sound okay?

 

 

Also I'm thinking about possibly releasing mixtapes a little bit early too. So if you send it in earlier your partner will get it sooner. Thoughts on that?

yeah... what I'll do is gauge everyone else to see what they think of my suggestions and also talk to Greg online as well before I make a final decision, but for now I'm going to say the deadline is the 3rd right now, but I'll be really lenient with that.

Can I say I'm kind of glad the sign-ups are due so much sooner than they have been in the past? It's nicer to get these off the ground sooner rather than later. :nice:

Alright I decided to make the deadline for mixtapes on Sunday. So that gives everyone a week to make their mixtapes which seems fair to me. If people need extra time just let me know, and that's fine.

I think Sunday is ok, regular members will probably see this anyway and there are less chances to have people who won't send the mixtape/will forget about it

Personally, I don't need more than a week, but I'd sort of rather have a little longer, and I'm sure a few others would too. :shrug: We'll see.

I still don't understand how it works. I don't know how to get rid of the information... :\

I wanted to move it with a flashdrive over to my computer and delete the information here so I don't screw up my music library again like last time, but I have no idea how to remove stuff without iTunes, we're in the same boat haha.
