It's looking good but i have two suggestions/opinions

 

1. Though the black on white colour scheme is very bold and really stands out, i think there is way too much contrast going to that it actually hurts your eyes.

 

2. I think you should just scale everything down. Most pro websites have large margins on the sides and have smaller subheadings. I believe that you can actually make something more formal and bold by reducing the size of text.

 

overall, i like the modern look that you're going for

Hey I happened to check the site today, I logged in for the first time in a while, though I have been checking the news forum on and off for the last 6 months. I just wanted to say that ColdplayNetwork became too much for me to handle a while back so I decided to let the domain expire and not renew it... I did purchase a 3 year though. Thanks for attempting to check back a while ago...

Finally an update, I've been checking Coldplay Network daily.
