Radiohead

I agree about about SHA feeling aquatic. There's something glassy and watery about its sound. Really surreal.

  • Lol I haven't been here in 5 years but I decided to pop my head back in for some nostalgia. Seems like this was my last post so here's an update... I finally saw Radiohead live in Manchester in 2017 a

and delay :P

but I found subterranean homesick alien more spacey, about ships and stars and the beautiful universe, that's mostly the mood on ok computer

oh tnspieler you have a similar avi to mine

very similar...I just wanted a Sigur Ros avi and the first interesting one that came up just happened to feature the same guitar and outfit on Jonsi as yours. ;)

I like the spacey smoothness of SHA a lot, too. I've thought about mentioning that before, but I could never quite find the proper words to describe it. :P

I love 15 Step, it's so brilliant. It was actually the first Radiohead song I ever heard and to this day it remains one of my favorites. There is no other song quite like it.

:stunned: I love you for saying that. :stunned: It was the first Radiohead song I ever heard as well.

On another note, we are close to reaching the one thousandth page!

I'm hooked on this:

its called reverb :P

I'm a sucker for those smooth, wavy sounds.

you talkin' to me? I was merely describing the sound in my own words, not looking for the technical term.

I was joking. Playing off the fact we are coming up with these creative ways to describe it. I know you, and, I'm sure everyone on this thread knows all about stuff as simple as reverb and delay. Wasn't trying to be condescending or anything like that...

I'm so mad at myself for missing the stream; I heard it was amazing.

I'm really bad at ranking Radiohead albums :/ I'd say In Rainbows tops my list, but I usually play them all with the tracks arranged to create a superalbum (this is how I avoid studying).

I always get goosebumps from Pyramid Song's live performances. Especially when I actually did saw it live. hrrrr

even if it was in the daylight.

errr this is weird I can hear me talking in this at 0:18-0:30 or something. my friend asked me something and I said "voin tän jälkeen sanoo" witch means "I can tell you after this". hahah obviously because it was idioteque haha. I think she was asking what song did they play before the national anthem that was before idioteque ( it was weird fishes. she isn't a massive fan, she hand't heard in rainbows yet. I was so happy she came with me !)

Re: last night's set. now they're just pushing the third encore and the creep thing. But maybe that's just for us, who are so diligently tracking their setlists. And not for the people who are actually there.... ignore me.
