  • Lol I haven't been here in 5 years but I decided to pop my head back in for some nostalgia. Seems like this was my last post so here's an update... I finally saw Radiohead live in Manchester in 2017 a

I never cared much for amnesiac save for a few songs. The songs are pretty much all left over from the Kid A recording sessions although it does have a sort of unique feel to it...I just prefer the general taste of Kid A more...

I've really come to enjoy HTTT from '2+2=5' through 'Where I End And You Begin' (Sail to the Moon possibly being my fave), but with the exception of "There There" The rest is a chore for me to get through and really enjoy.

Well that kinda sucks... I feel as though it's likely that it'll be the same for me.

I already like 2+2=5 (I didn't used to) and There There (for a long time now) a lot.

there there is wonderful

I love that song....that is one of my favs of the album along with Scatterbrain and A wolf at the door....

Well don't let me discourage you, give the album a fair chance. I haven't listened to it in a while myself...

and sail to the moon is an excellent song, I wish they played it more live

How can you be sure?

My re-issues came in the post today :D the artworks are nice

lol reissues. That's all I have to say on that subject.

And Amnesiac (or Kid B, if you must :P) is my third favourite Radiohead album, behind Kid A and OK Computer.

I've actually been listening to 15 Step without stopping for like an hour now. :D I like the drumbeat a lot. :nice:

I once spent a week with my mom and brother Nick at my grandparents. During that time In Rainbows finally clicked into Nick's brain, and one night he had listened to In Rainbows nonstop til morning (I think he told me had played 15 Step like 45 times that night).

5/4 is such a fucking cool time signature!

wow thats really awesome.

thankies!

15 Step has actually always been my favorite Radiohead song. It's underrated in my opinion. I have listened to that song soooo many times. It's like, the most played song in my iTunes. I first heard it around when In Rainbows came out, and I've never gotten tired of it.

Wow, I sound quite obsessive in the above. :uhoh: Just expressing my love. Most people don't seem to like the song too much. :disappointed:

15 step is a great song, love the drum beat... but it's not the best off in rainbows in my opinion

The bass is very awesome in the song as well. I wouldn't say that it's the best off of In Rainbows; it's merely my personal favorite.

I love 15 Step, it's so brilliant. It was actually the first Radiohead song I ever heard and to this day it remains one of my favorites. There is no other song quite like it.

There aren't many Radiohead songs I'll listen to on repeat. Usually I'll listen to albums over and over. I would say HTDC is a big one. That and Nude. The slow, ambient ones.

I think over the last several months I've listened to Weird Fishes/Arpeggi, The Tourist and Subterranean Homesick Alien the most. They're all so soothing, fluid and even aquatic at times.

only weird fishes is aquatic, my favorite off in rainbows
