November 27, 201114 yr I'm in an AP (Advanced Placement) course, yes, I had homework over break. And I'm not the only teenager who listens to Wait Wait . . . Don't Tell Me and Car Talk?! Dude, tell me you listen to Praire Home Companion too! (Garrison Keillor is awesome!!)
November 27, 201114 yr Unfortunately, not often, because I usually have Taekwondo when it's airing, but yes. "I am positive"-robot voice. :P Yay, another teenager who listens to NPR! :dance: ...Fresh Air? :thinking: I had a translations/transformations packet for Geometry that we had to finish by today, but I finished it a week ago. And middle school doesn't have AP courses, so. Crap, I just remembered I have an entrance test for an amazing math/science charter school I'm trying to get into this Saturday. Along with a piano recital. :sigh:
November 27, 201114 yr A lot on your plate, hmm? And I'm in high school, AP's are a big thing there :P and YAY NPR!!! I've been listening since I was a kid . . . my parents listen to it a lot, and I don't remember a weekend without listening to at least a little of Weekend Edition. Prairie Home Companion is on and we miss it on Saturdays, but it's on after church usually, so we listen to it then :P
November 27, 201114 yr Yeah, all my dad listens to is NPR and classical music. Hooray for old dad born slightly before WWII ended. :sweatdrop: But YAY NPR! :dance: I haven't been listening to it as much, unfortunately. Always too "busy" (whether I'm actually busy or on here :dead:) Yeah, I'm pretty busy most of the time. Fencing, Math League (oh, I have a meet next week), Taekwondo, Piano, and Chorale (well, technically, that's in-school, but I got into All-State Chorale, so I have to go to a lot of practices), not to mention that I'm trying to teach myself how to play the guitar. What's even worse is that I'm an obsessive schedule maker.
November 27, 201114 yr . . . I'm too ADHD to manage that kind of stuff, and after the last couple of years, my schedule has been everywhere with stuff, school or not.
