Hurts like heaven the new Lovers in japan?

Featured Replies

I dont know this could be stupid of me but i feel like they are similar in a way but i think its only from the intro like hurts like heaven has the mx and lovers in japan has a intro am i the only one who thinks this?

yes.

maybe it's the same melody of Lovers is japan but i'm not sure :/

in terms of the melody then i guess so but when comparing lp5 to VLV, then i think Life in Technicolor ii would be the equivalent to Hurts Like Heaven :)

Yeah its hard to decide i know what you mean with Litii i think both litii and LIJ are similar to HLH but idont care i love those songs so having another one will make me happy :)

Lovers In Japan was my VLV favorite, and so far HLH is my Lp5 favorite, so for now they're similar

I think Hurts Like Heaven and Charlie Brown is better than anything from the Viva era. Perhaps Lovers In Japan comes close as a full on great pop anthem but I do love the first two though...I mean REALLY love them.

^ Oh i know what you mean. They are by far sooooooo good. I listen to both every day multiple times. Im undecided as to the competition of the two eras, ill decide when the era ends (Lp6! :D)

dont see the resemblance :P

I don't think so. Lovers in Japan has more room to pause and take a breath. The verses in LiJ are sung in a calm manner while HLH is more fast paced and the verses are very rushed.
