Well as far as I remember, you have in fact killed children and women. The United States'/State's Goverment usually says "It was an accident" or "We thought they were part of a rebell group", or whatever they put it! The thing is they always have a excuse; they are never wrong, they are never "the bad guys" and... they just think they are perfect!

 

Bush said the reason they went into Iraq was because of weapons of mass destruction. Ok, where are they?

Well they destroyed the country, we lost very important things from the ancient civilizations, the country is in ruin now, not just the buildings and all that; it's also "economicly?", and as far as I can see tehy are not a lot better than they were before! Iraq war was pointless, he didn't knew what was doing, he went to war with no reason and a cheap excuse it's not going to change that. The war was wrong, and that's a fact!

If one of you is on steroids and I tell you for 3 years that if I catch you on steroids you are going to be in big trouble....then 3 years later I test you and there are no steroids in your body. However, there's all kind of leftover residue, there's liver damage, there's a ton of indicators - are you saying this person is not a steroid user. Clean now, so there's no wrong doing.

 

You say there were no weapons of mass destruction found, well they found numerous camps where it was absolutely obvious weapons of mass destruction had been created there. They had so much time to prepare, it's easy to hide.

 

That they had weapons of mass destruction was not THE reason we went in there, it was the reason we had to give in order to apease (at least partially) the rest of NATO. Saddam was only breaking about every rule a country can break and no countries want to step up and do anything about it. Nobody wants a war, and as much as you like to think Bush does, he doesn't either. Do you people not realize that our country is not run by one person - Bush is a puppet - told what to say...told how to act. I'm behind him because the right thing was done. Saddam murders his own people for absolutely no reason. He helped murder thousands of Americans for no reason. Yes Americans went to war and killed thousands of Iraqi's, but can't you see how careful we attempted to be - that was almost our downfall. Hundreds of soldiers were killed trying to protect innocent Iraqi people.

 

It's easy to sit here and preach against war and talk down America and Bush, but the point is we don't use power for evil against others. When has America ever gone and attacked someone for no reason. When has America gone and supported the Germans killing jews or supported communism worldwide. i don't understand your thinking - so I'll just assume its ignorance.

You assume it's ignorance? I still don't know why you relate communism to somenthing that. Capitalism it's base on the idea of my own good, what's good for me it's fisrt, then the others. That's a selfish idea! as a way of living I think Socialism, not communism, it's veyr good, though economicly capitalism it's a bit more productive.

 

Then why doesn't the States eliminate the other big tirants in the world? The DROC (Congo) have one, Turkeministan has one, North Korea.... They list oin quite huge, and they just don't seem to mind! That Saddam was a bad person it's true, I don't argue that, but there are sthousands of bad people out there and he just decided to go to war with him...why?

 

When you are a president, it's true you are not the only on who decides, but you can make big effors to avoid things... If I'm a pacifist I will try to solve the things for a peaceful way, even though many people on my party or goverment, are not in favour of my actions. And what they did with the UN was awful! They are an International Organization in charge of maintaining World Peace, and they just ignore it! and now they are asking for help, for what they did wrong! for what they destroyed!

Well he doesn't have to say "Muslim are terrorist" or somenthing like, for us to think that. His actions show it. Why all the problems have been with the Muslim and all that? That's not true! I watch the news 2 times a day, twice on the BBC, which its a British Channel and one in the "National Tv" but I don't why that makes me see things from the "British Point of view". I see the things from my point of view, our really; not British, not America. And I don't base my arguments in the news really.

It's obviously somenthing we have to condem. Somenthing that should not be repeated. It also shows, as I see it, that the "War on Terrorism" has not been handle very well, and what I think it's more worrying how anti-Americanism and things related to it are growing, at such a great speed. Whatever you say I am, I condem all this attacks, and I think teher is not valid excuse; but this also shows how bad the subject has been manage

I honestly feel ashamed to be American because the president of our great nation goes around starting wars for no apparent reason. Sure, maybe now it is to stop saddams regime (which has already been done) but that was only done of course after no weapons of mass destruction were found. And who else heard about President Bush wanting North Korea to shut down there nuclear missle program? You know what, fuck Bush, they weren't threatening us and that's there business and not our's, he has no right demanding that. Now, if they were sending nuclear missle's over here to attack us, that would certainly be our business.

I still don't understand somenthing. Why can the States have Nuclear Weapons and been able to use them (I'm sure they can) and other countrys can't? Shouldn't it be the same for everyone?

Because or goddamn dumbass president think's that every nation besides us that has them, is going to use them to attack us or use them for evil.
