New to this. I just bought tix for Frankfurt from Eventim. There were no seats left and I wanted standing anyway but in reading previous posts it sounds like people purchased tickets in standing area "inside". What does that mean? I did not have any choices given to me for what section I wanted. I could only click on the large yellow area that appeared to be standing. Are there actually separate areas within the standing section?

When do you all appear at the Festhalle ?!

Was hat der pre-sale eigentlich gebracht, waren die Karten günstiger? Stehplatz hat jetzt ca 75 € gekostet. ( 2008 in Köln 65,90€).

Du hattest Glück, denn für Köln waren die Stehplätze z.B. bereits gestern ausverkauft. Ansonsten ist der Pre-Sale vorallem für die Sitzplätze interessant. In Köln waren heute nur noch sehr wenige weit hinten verfügbar, während ich z.B. zwei Karten im besten Block erwischt habe :) Die Preise waren aber dieselben.

I´ve never been before in Festhalle or an concert, so I wasn´t sure which seats are good. So at 9.10am I let the system choose for me. Now I have 1. Rang Block J, it is central but at the end of the Hall. Festhalle isn´t that big, I think it will be still a legendary experience :D

I paid 81€ for 1 ticket.

 

hey! I've also bought a ticket in Block J. The funny thing was that I totally overslept yesterday so the good seats had been taken away real quickly. I'm so grateful that I found this ticket because all the other tickets were located in the standing section and I wanted a seat :laugh3: I paid 75 € for the ticket.

Do you know if there are restaurants close by within walking distance or should we bring our own food if we're going to be there all day? Thanks!

I don't know where you want to stand but I would suggest to come at least 2 hours before entry if you want to have a good place and be close to the stage. Of course I have no idea how rabid the fans are and when you would have to come ideally. Maybe later is still ok. For U2 we had to arrive in the morning/around noon already to get a good spot but then, it wasn't winter! LOL!

ist es bei coldplay konzerten so, dass man besonders früh da sein muss, damit man noch in den vorderen Bereich kommt?

ist dieser extra abgetrennt und gibt es extra bändchen für den vorderen bereich?

oder reicht es auch, wenn ich erst gegen 18.00 uhr komme?

hab coldplay bisher nur auf nem festival gesehen.

Das reicht dicke. In Köln waren wir um 14 Uhr da, war noch kaum einer da. Liegt bestimmt am Wetter oder ich bin einfach andere Extreme von Bands wie U2 gewöhnt, wo man schon morgens da sein sollte. ;)

Ich bin so gegen 16.30 da...Hoffe, einigermaßen weit nach vorne zu kommen, ich bin doch klein und sehe nicht so gut! :(

Wann erscheint man denn als Sitzplatz Inhaber ? 19.30 ? Nicht das ich am Ende kein Armband abbekomme :D

bin morgen im hotel, welches 3 s-bahn stationen von der halle entfernt liegt, werde denke ich so gegen 16:00 Uhr da sein. Ich hoffe sie spielen Christmas Lights, aber so richtig zuversichtlich bin ich da nicht...

Ich komme morgen auch nach Frankfurt. Ich hoffe mal dass ich nen ganz guten Platz bekomme. Leider hab ich meine Eltern dabei und die haben keine Lust allzu früh da zu sein. -.-

Wisst ihr ob es verschiedene Räume im Innenraum gibt? Ich hab auch schon davon gehört dass man ganz vorne nur hinkommt wenn man nen besonderen Eingang benutzt oder ähnliches. War aber noch nie in der Festhalle. Kann mir da jemand was zu sagen? :)
