William Shatner Reads Coldplay Lyrics: The Greatest Game We’ve Ever Played

Yesterday, we announced our latest Kevin & Bean Breakfast, which is of course with Coldplay!

Every morning we’ve been coming up with games for listeners to earn their way in, and this morning may go down in history as the best one yet.

We had William Shatner in this morning to talk about his new album Seeking Major Tom and book Shatner Rules, but he also stuck around to help us out and read Coldplay lyrics.

Listener Mike scored his way into the Breakfast With Coldplay, but really, all of us are winners for hearing this magic.

I heard it live :( Only 2 out of the 5 people got it right. And I couldn't even get though on the phone line. But it was funny hearing Shatner read the lyrics. :laugh3:

^oh com´on, how on earth it is possible NOT to guess Clocks and Trouble .. and confuse ETIAW lyrics with VLV . lame lame lame

:D

wow... those contestants didn't know the lyrics very well! :laugh3:

I'm surprised the guy didn't know ETIAW, unless it hasn't got a lot of radio play over in the US?

Come on baby, get through, I* know you can.... Win for the "Champion":D

Yeah, those were really easy. I got them all. Are these people even fans?

They weren't real fans, so it worked out with 1 of the true fans getting the tickets. I bet Kevin and Bean will play Mr. Shatner reading Coldplay lyrics when the boys are on next week.

Oh my god The Scientist instead of Clocks lol. That might be one of the easiest;P

Edit: they're all damn easy, a spider web --> trouble lol!
