It's a psychic type pokemon I made up many years ago. I don't really like it anymore, but it's a name I know nobody else has picked.

 

It comes from the same word as Telekinesis and Telepathy. A Telepian is someone who has those powers.

I don't think all pigs will fly, but some will get a chance to ride in an airplane. One day we may find a cure for chocolate allergies, and anything else that prevents one from eating chocolate.
