Ā And tonight Coldplay impressed Nƶjesbladet's reviewer just as much.Ā ā Coldplay is definitively very close to getting the mark 5+, he says.Ā āThe show is so well designed, and the lighting is so nice that I had to look twice to make sure that the clouds passing cinematically in front of the moon are not a projection. Everything is possible, "said Joacim Persson in his review when he saw the British arena rockers in Copenhagen.Ā And he is not disappointed after tonight's concert at Stadium.Ā But what was the best thing tonight?Ā ā The beginning of the concert is enormous. It is even extremely good. That and the cirkus final in "Every teardrop is a waterfall" when Coldplay turn all the buttons they have in the toy store, he says.Ā What could have been better?Ā ā I have nothing against respite in concerts, but I still think that the middle part with i.a. "Up in flamesā and āWarning signā is too lukewarm. It surprises me that Coldplay has not made that passage better when so many other things are so brilliant.Ā What was the greatest surprise for you?Ā - That immediately after āParadiseā, Chris Martin said that they would repeat the song in order to record it for a televised cancer gala in the USA. I doubt that I / we have seen a band at this level play the same song twice. That created a clearly unique atmosphere in the audience, says Joacim Persson.Ā Did the audience get it?Ā ā Sure. In particular when they realized that they and their singalong were recorded. But the atmosphere was extremely good most of the evening, sometimes a straw sharper than in Copenhagen. Despite quite a few less people in the audience.Ā Finally ā what mark would you give Coldplay?Ā ā 4+ tonight. Coldplay is definitively close to getting 5+ at times in this show, but unfortunately they do not keep that level during the entire concert.
