It's the acoustic version they donated to a charity project called Every Mother Counts. The video doesn't go with it though.

Oh I see, I never heard of that charity project. A quick Google search gave me some info about it all. It's a beautiful version of the song.

Hey fellow CP fans, just wondering if this is a common version of Yellow, or have I discovered a goldmine? I LOVE this version of Yellow, I think I like it even more than the original.
