I just ate a fudge-sicle. Oops.

Be sure to get enough sleep every night--well-rested people tend to eat less than those who have poor sleeping habits.

Good luck, Brent! :)

Well I don't really know. I just seem fatter.

I like the two-years-ago one better

And I have time between now and like August to get un-fat so I'm here now

omg why did I let my hair get so long back then?

What were you doing differently then that you're not doing now?

Grow your hair longer

I think you're body just changes as you get older? I've been trying to get into shape too (like always) and argh.. I've been working out since Feb and I still see no changes. In fact, I feel like I gained more weight instead of losing. You need to drink a lot of water though, no cokes, no juices, no cookies, no pasta, etc. :/

Perhaps. Though a year before the skinny me picture I was fatter :|

hey brent! why don't you try walking more often? my dad recommended it to a friend and he said it worked for him.

as for the arms..umm..try push-ups?

i'm also trying to lose some weight so 5 days a week i do lots of walking and running about..i think it's working

I have pretty muscly arms so I'm not really trying to gain muscle.

I was thinking about walking on an incline on the treadmill. I already do a ton of walking around campus so I could consider walking but with somehow more intensity

that could work...it would be easier to fit that into your daily routine than a 30-minute or 50-minute work out session....

i'm trying to look up some other weight loss tips...if i find something good i'll let you know.

No that's Lauren

Green tea will help you in your diet. Apparently it helps those concerned that they are overweight as it increases the rate of fat breakdown or something like that. Plus it's uber healthy. Great for your skin, flushes out any toxins in your body because of the extremely high level of antioxidants in it.

It's a super uber healthy drink. Good luck!

You didn't look homeless when your hair was long :disappointed:

I actually think it looks better like that.

But what do I know. :|

Brent you look adorable with longer hair.

Longer hair is so much better omg

I know it's my opinion, but still :phu:

I prefer short hair on guys nearly all the time. I like it really short.

But every now and then some guys look so cute with long hair. Brent is one.

Okay it used to be long but then it's not anymore

Look at fat, long-haired, more-nerdy high-school me (ca-6-years-ago)
