We'll cross our fingers Richard Ashcroft. The Music are playing in Toronto on Wednesday, and are going to be on MOD. I am gonna be in Montreal so either I'll watch the clip on the MOD review thing on the weekend or get my brother to tape it. They are so cool, and I love their song!

I am getting so excited, but I AM GETTING SICK :cry: My throat is starting to hurt, and I know how I get and this is the beginning of a cold :( But I will stay positive and hopefully I'll feel fine for the trip. But it just sucks so much that the night before I leave I start to get sick :( But I will definitely keep my eyes out for Josh Hartnett :)

And my trip was lovely. I am going insane today because I have shitloads of people to phone, e-mail, and do my correspondance stuff. Oy, I'm gone for only 4 days and I come back and there is enough stuff that I need to do that will take up a week. :roll:

 

The shopping is amazing, so much better stuff than in Toronto. The people are all so nice and friendly, a few times people would come up to us and ask us if we needed help where to go because we looked confused and lost, which was really nice. I doubt many Torontonians will go up to strangers and offer help. McGill is a really nice school, the rez was nicer than what I expected it to be. We had so much fun going to the casino and bars and the restaurants we went to were good too. And Old Montreal was SO gorgeous just everything was closed until Printemps whih sucks. I want to go back when the weather is nicer and do the stuff I didn't get a chance to do.

 

And I saw SO many commercials on TV there for Coldplay, and I went in some music store and the Clocks video was playing on the TVs in it, and in a few other stores when we went in they were playing Coldplay. I think they are more popular there than here.

 

But I loved it, I want to move there.

It's too bad that when you went there the weather wasn't that great...If you go in May, it's perfect weather!! Not to hot, not to cold!! EXCELLENT!! As I told you before, shopping in Montreal is addictive!! If i end up living there, i'll be broke!! :lol:

And I went to check up on my OUAC Academic profile and my english mark is 2% higher than it should be, my report card said 77% but this says 79% but it could be because I had that talk with my english teacher. Although she told me she wasn't changing the mark. In any case I am not complaining. :)

Woo-Hoo!! Go Sarah!...how did you check your ouac profile?? anyways, ryerson journalism's admissions process is so extensive....it's killing me.. :)

I got an e-mail from OUAC saying that they have received my first semester marks and to double check my profile at the OUAC website to make sure everything is accurate.

Really!! Well a friend of a friend has gotten accepted to Windsor, but Windsor isn't known as the best school in the world. Early acceptance at UofT, they must have like a 99% average!

I think he had like a 95% average...that's amazing!!! :D I'm gonna wait patiently... :roll:

I hate those people who have high averages like 96% and aren't happy with it..it's like, come on!!!! that's so dumb!! I have an 87 and I'm DAMN HAPPY!!!!! :D

And you should be damn happy!!!

 

Yes those people who bitch, oh I have an 89% average, I wish I could have had a 90%. When you are that high it doesn't make much of a difference, although it might for scholarships.
