Ok, really out of joke here. Spider-Man did actually die... in the comics which would be an official death. Some spidey fan you are.

If you read closely, he came back to life in the comics.

Well thats just stupid. What is he? Jesus?

Ha! I get it. No...he's Spider-man!...I mean...me.

I don´t see how he´s alive though, could you show me where it says in the comics that he resurrected?

After Morbious kills him, he comes back to life in a cucoon under the Brooklyn Bridge naked. He then has the abilities to shoot web through his wrists, have fangs pop out of his wrists when threatened and is even more agile than before.

 

edit: Sorry not Morbius, somebody else. Let me get my Spidey encyclopedia out.
