If the xyloband is from the previous tour, in 2011, then no it definitely won't work, because they changed them a bit, the xylobands that are given on the current tour works a bit differently I think. If the xyloband is from the current tour, then I don't know. You can try, but I wouldn't guarantee it. So I wouldn't advise you to buy one if it's quite expensive.
