Questions about the instrumental tune on 'Yes'.

Featured Replies

Hello there...

First of all I don't expect anyone to be able to answer these questions because I haven't seen or found anything about the three minute instrumental tune that plays on Yes after they sing the song.

I absolutely love the tune, its very beautiful <3

I'm just so curious about things of it. Like, first of all can anyone tell what Chris is suppose to be singing on it?

It sounds like like..

God speaks.. tragedy.

sweet satisfy...

sweet low.. sweet, satisfy

sweet pass it by..

or

sweet love..

I don't know.

And does this instrumental tune have a name? I'm guessing it doesn't.

But over all just wanted to know if anyone else knew anything about that instrumental tune.

And hey... if you could give it a name what would you call it?

It's called Chinese Sleep Chant, no one knows what he's mumbling :P

Found the lyrics from the official book and guitar chords/lyrics

Ah, sleep. I need. Sleep satisfies, sleep satisfies. (x2)

Sleep! (x5)

Sleep satisfies, sleep satisfies. Fall asleep, fall asleep. Sleep mystifies, sleep mystifies. Fall asleep, fall asleep. Sleep satisfies, sleep satisfies.

Sleep! (x5)

Sleep satisfies, sleep satisfies.

This is right.. now that I read them as the song plays it makes sense. That is what he's saying..
