Oh, so my reasoning was wrong ? :(

I'm afraid to say yes, it was wrong. But that's OK because Coldplay songs are related in any kind of forms, somehow their old songs can be related to their new songs, or songs from the same era are similar. It's like they are trying to say a story through them :)

Since I never seem to guess correctly lately, can I try making an interim riddle? I'll make it easy so it's done when I Ran Away comes back with the next good one. Here goes:

At wits end.

Oh OK. Then I don't actually deserve to make a new riddle, which is great because I can't think of one and I'm happy that iamsue already made one ! (But I will continue to think about your riddle tomoroow, alisbe, and hopefully get behind the reasoning some time !) :)

I think you deserve it because you guessed it. Part of the riddle was related to B-sides and EP's as I said before but the other part of my riddle wasn't discovered. Which I think is good, so I can improve it to make it as great as yours :)

And take it away any time.

I'll keep it as a top secret for future references in case I guess another riddle lol

Hey, I would like to know the solution as well. :) Just for my sake. :)

To me Moses was a stranger in the list as well and even with knowing the answer I don't see the reasoning. Or was it the b-side on a EP - Single as they appear cronologically on the Coldplay music timeline?

But it's ok to do a next riddle so let's move on with Iamsue's.

^^ be patient :)

My wild guess for Iamsue's riddle is Amsterdam

Politik?

In confusion, confidence

Alisbe-fate intervened so we don't need patience because you GOT IT!! "Out on a ledge tied to a noose" is what I'd call at wits end! It's Amsterdam. Heard it yesterday and reminded me how lucky I was to have heard it live on the MX tour in Chicago. On the first night of the tour, fans held up signs and shouted for them to play it. But it had been seven years since they did, and Chris started and forgot lyrics! So they practiced that night and surprised us at the B stage the next night! Now, take it away and help us solve the other part of that last riddle...or I Ran Away, runs away with it.

OK, so let's continue with the mistery, hopefully this time it'll be revealed lol

Here it's the next riddle

- Proof

- Color spectrum

- lovers in Japan

- Gravity

- ?

It's a 2-word answer isn't it?

Yes, it is. But, that's not the main pattern, in fact I've just discovered that haha.

Because it worked on the last riddle of yours too (I was thinking it could be a 3-word answer for that)

That's right!

Well it's past midnight in this side of the world and I might sleep only 6 hours, so I have to go now. But I'll remind you some key points:

Don't look at lyrics

Pay attention to the titles

We are looking for a pattern or something in common

Green eyes?

No

Please, don't forget to tell me your reasoning so I can tell you if you are in the right way.

High speed?

My reasoning is a bit silly, I will try to explain in English.

I noticed that you have a songs with

- 1 syllable + sound → Proof - oo

- 3 syllables → Gravity - vi / ty

- 4 syllables → Color Spectrum - co / lo

- 5 syllables → Lovers in Japan - ja / pa

So I'm looking for one with 2.

I know it is a very complicated explanation and very far fetched :D

Sp the sooner you get me out this theory, the better

Great! But I'm not as smart as you :) my riddle is so simple

Next hint: I know Moses (last riddle) and lovers in Japan (current riddle) look like the odd one, so don't pay to much attention to it.

Hopefully in a couple of hours I'll tell you more I'm at school and I shouldn't be writing in the forums lol

-Five

-Second upwards, but don't count them on my list

Are the 2 riddles likewise?

Because I thought I worked the other one out after knowing the previous answer.

But then I should expect Colour Spectrum to be the odd one.

Last time, 1 part of the riddle was discovered (EP's), while the other wasn't. I've taken the second part to write this riddle, which is related to "Five"

Pour me?

the song in your list are released in 2005 / 2015 (= 5) and on the third position on the single that they are released on (= + 2)

Pour me --> 2005 / on Fix You (3th place)

Mmmm I'm not talking about that kind of 5. There is another relevant 5 in Coldplay :)

I think it's a song that starts with a W. :)

What if --> this is the 2nd upwards in the Coldplay list of songs starting with W
