Chris his hand

Featured Replies

On the dvd he gots something on his hands, that white thing (dont know how to call it, bad english sorry)

but what is it?

It's a bandage and he wears it because he has a repetitive strain injury - so he wears it to stop it hurting when he plays.

are you sure it's not for sth else? :sneaky:

MM.. Does he got RSI ?? Becouse of playing?

It can be...

I think he sprained it or something whilst on tour and because he was always playing on it, it was never given a chance to heal properly.

I also heard an interview with him where he said it was a sort of good luck thing now, because he's done it so long...

^^ I don't think he's injured or anything....I just think he likes to put it on as much as he likes to write on his other hand "MAKE TRADE FAIR.com"

No, he has injured it - I've seen him say it in some interview or other and Debs is always answering questions about it on Coldplay.com

i always wondered about that 'cause sometimes he wears it, but not all the time

chris martin's wrist band

Does he wear one because he suffers from say tendonitis or carpal tunnel? I know as a piano player of 11 years I suffer from tendonitis.

I think he does suffer from tendonitis, but he does sprain it sometimes, so he protects it with a bandage.

That's a nasty thing to have that carpal tunnel syndrome.

He always seems to wear that bandage.

I have learnt something today.
