“Some call it magic” assumes a whole new meaning with this jaw-dropping remix of Coldplay’s “The Escapist” by one of 2014’s most talked about underground progressive house artists.

Acclaimed Israeli producer Maor Levi takes on a “Viva La Vida” hidden track, “The Escapist,” and the result is a glorious, inspirational trance tribute that leaves you grinning and breathless. Guided by a hypnotic, clock-like beat and starry synths, Levi keeps that bright, captivating gleam of the original song while transforming it into something that’s both soul-searching and dance floor-ready. But when the track unexpectedly launches into an explosive, euphoric dubstep break layered with ethereal sounds and cosmic effects – well, you just wont know what to do with yourself. I certainly didn’t.

Maor Levi is a name you definitely don’t want to forget any time soon. With a global following and practically 15 years of production experience under his belt, it seems the music gods have green-lighted this mixing prodigy for some serious success.

As a gift to his fans, his remix is available for free download on soundcloud, so make sure to grab it while you can.
