Grimes’ new album features a song about Al Pacino as a gender-switching space vampire

Grimes has revealed a few more details about her forthcoming album, citing some of the masculine cultural staples of what she calls “bro-art” as inspiration. Speaking to Q, she mentioned Bruce Springsteen, Billy Joel and The Godfather movies among the things she channels on the album, all given a unique spin.“One song on the album, ‘Kill V Maim’, is written from the perspective of Al Pacino in The Godfather Pt 2,” Grimes said. “Except he’s a vampire who can switch gender and travel through space.”

Pusha T Teases Album Details Featuring Kanye, Future, Diddy, More

Earlier today, Pusha T released "Untouchable", the first song off his next album, King Push. Tonight, he revealed some info about the forthcoming album at his Adidas Originals launch. Here's what we know, via Complex: The producers that he named include "Puffy, Hudson Mohawke, Kanye West, and Timbo". There are songs called "More Famous Than Rich" ft. The Dream [prod. By Boi-1da], "Crutches Crosses Caskets", "Money, P*ssy, Alcohol" that is supposedly "w/ A$AP", a song called "Sunshine" that features DJ Mano and Kanye West production, and a song with Future.

Pusha T Releasing New Album Darkest Before Dawn in December

Pusha T recently teased some details about what we all thought was going to be his next album, King Push. As Noisey reports, however, on December 18, he'll release a new album titled Darkest Before Dawn. King Push is out this spring. According to Noisey, Pusha says that Darkest will feature production from Kanye West, Puff Daddy, Timbaland, Baauer, Q-Tip, and Nashiem Myrick.
