Where did you read that it started with a bass line ? Just curious
It was in a festival short interview. I will try to find it to show you.

  • Yes (I can't believe someone figured this out after 1.5 years) Your turn

I cant find it anywhere. Harmless was like clocks, but instead if starting with a piano riff it started with a bass line. Guy started playing it and the rest just started coming, unfortenly we only have an acoustic version of the song.

No, thank YOU for pointing this fact out to me ;)

Here's the new one (jeez, the forums really are dead these days ! Coldplay needs to come back so that Coldplayers come back and repopulate this place)

1. Has a very prominent, driving bassline

2. Was never played live

3. Was released before the album of its era

-Ends with an instrumental section

-Was never played live

-Samples another song

Twisted logic?

This one is tough, nice one!

I'm having trouble coming up with songs that clearly have a sample and were never played live.

Gravity? For You? A L I E N S?

I would say Miracles (SS) but that was played once live.

Nope

I got the information that it samples another song from Wikipedia so idk if it's completely accurate
