Not really - it's too big, congested, overcrowded, polluted and expensive!!;)

I've just read you came from London Mark? Why do you think living there is a nightmare? I visited London two times and I really liked it there although it's a bit expensive. But I really want to live there for a few years if I could. The people, the pubs, the atmosphere and at least the British accent... :)

I also think that London is great...living under an hour from it, its easy to get to for me! however I do get f'in fed up with all crowds and crowds of tourists. I also dont know how people can get lost on the underground...it says Southbound, eastbound aghh!!

but, yeah...I love London and I agree with you Larry...the atmosphere and the buildings are nice.

Well, honestly first I was a bit confused about eastbound, westbound etc., because the trains were driving on the other side. :rolleyes: The tube lines also have different names and not different numbers as for example in Berlin. :lol: But please don't visit London Dungeon! It was the worst thing ever! We got stucked in there for 30 minutes and you couldn't see your hands in front of your eyes, because it was so dark there without lights. Later they helped us coming out of it, but we didn't get our money back! :D

I've been there! There was a rowing boat that went backwards downhill in the dark, in water LOL! yeah...and jack the ripper etc...*shiver* :laugh4:!
