I think this is his first guitar, or at least one of his first guitars. I believe he had many more so it's hard to tell.

Sorry for chipping in, but this Fender from HH series has way too different humbuckers rather than on the one that Jon has, you can see the guitar better, for example, here (and, surely, he plays her since 1998 or near this time):

 

And it should be Fender Jerry Donahue Signature Telecaster instead and supposedly she's called Bluey:

And, actually, he surely owned / owns several JD's during Parachutes and AROBTTH eras because one of them was sold for auction:

Don't get me wrong, I didn't mean it in a mean / malicious way, I just shared the overall knowledge about some guitars he used / uses because I really was digging this topic for a long, long while :x I'm not quite represented here, so logically no one would expect a complete stranger like me to this forums to know more or less about some certain topics xD

All of Jonny's guitars are really nice, he has a great taste for guitars!
