the strangest tattoo iv seen is someones eyebrows tattooed on :? very freaky!!! :sad:

my friends mother has her eyeliner and red lipstick tatooed on her face! Not the eyeliner you put on the top, but the one in the low part - inside the eye! I admire her :o

they do that in salons. i've seen it done and from the person's expression it doesnt look painful at all.

they usually always get the lower part of the eye done and the lip liner done
