Just joined the forum last night and have read through this whole thread in the past week - and I think I might just fit in nicely here if there's enough room for yet another Guy-obsessed gal :P Hopefully I'll get to know you guys and we'll have a blast :D

 

.... I've just read through that introductory paragraph and it sounds terrible. I suck at introductions *sigh*

Anyway...

 

 

 

 

I was there too! And on the Jonny side of the arena! :D I can't really remember much about that night, except that it was the first time I'd seen Coldplay and that it made my cry :lol:

 

And I was at the Manchester 12/12/08 show, of which you have a quote in your signature. 'Twas the most incredible night - sitting on the floor, Guy's side of the arena, block D row B, right in front of the platform where they came to do the GPASUYF/Talk Remix and the Hardest Part. And I can remember thinking that Guy was extremely pretty :wacky: Unfortunatley I only had my phone and the camera is terrible, so all the pictures I took are pretty small and blurry, and none are of Guy on his own :cry:

 

 

 

 

Well, I suppose I'd better contribute a picture of Guy, even though I'm sure it's one you've all seen before... but hey, you can't ever get bored of looking at him, can you?

The Reebok gig and the MEN one are the only Coldplay ones I've seen. I'd LOVE to see them in a smaller venue. Maybe one day :( Until then I just have to wait until Sept at the LCCC. I'm so jealous you got such good seats at the MEN, i was up at the top, five rows from the back or something stoopid. There's a thread for that night over in the live section, I stuck my Yellow video in there.

I've seen them at the Newcastle Metro Radio arena too, and 'cause it's smaller than the MEN it just had a really different feel to it because of that. It'd be great to go to a really intimate gig one time though.

Me too! I personally think that the current Viva La Vida-Guy is one of the best *swoons* .... though he did look adorable with all that hair... :D
